Vanishing points grids are Cartesian grid of equal-sided squares. Measurements of the grid can be adjusted to any scale based on a known image in the photo
Prespective grids of 3d wall of a building can be rendered to photoshop. Linking the grid layer with the original photo, the grid can be rectified using photo shop tools.

Anaylsis tools cab be used to measure images in 2d and perspective.

Vanishing Point Filter tools export Vpe files to Sketchup - Creates 3d models

any grid(s) created in vanishing point can be exported in VPE format - Vanishing point exchange -
the export results in a series of files - a geometry data file and a rectified png image for each grid created.

This Vanishing Point export option is the reverse of the the process of pasting a rectified image on the clipboard into any grid perspective plane drawn .

Example Russel Brown video " Ribbon of Perspective" shows the process of pasting an image into vanishing point grid and the image can be move between perspective grids and non perspective while maintaining the same scale factor.
apply VPE export to his file will give the reverse process - perspective grids will be exported as rectified grids.

The rectified grids can be imported into skectchup to create a 3d Model
rVanishing point option import option can be used to transfer grids a complete 3d Model - only skectup problem is the axis point in sketchup has to be changed.
