Mates, it is a while that I've been quite busy with my latest project that is a 3D reviving of a Iran-Iraq war scene in Khoramshar city.
I am doing some texturing and supervising the whole textures in project while the model come from different apps and team members. here are final texturing tests. Shots has been captured by my cellphone over the screen so they are not perfect.
FMI please do a googling by these key words :Iran-Iraq war khoramshar city

That search link seems to be blocked, it briefly shows search results then defaults to blank Google search. strange.

Thank you Solo, just edited the post. seems that there are some blockages even for you ( free country!?)

Displacements are not included in renders still. I hope they improve details...

          No blockage for me.
          In greece I mean.
          Horrible! As all wars are.
Well, textures looking OK, CG looks OK…
However I'm not in the mood. Sorry.
You have to see dead children in the beautiful beaches of greek islands these days.
Our Syrian brothers, right, brothers they are.
Not in the mood these days, not really.
My dear Majid, no free countries exist. A lie only.

Dear Michalis, O my dear greater brother and friend... this is a sad story....
I have read some stories from nikos kazantzakis and must confess that seems we have lots of common cultural roots.....
I wish a world without boundaries , without wars...

Agree with you. This is an amazing story that Iraq has been part of Iran 2 century ago, and then we separated and declared war... I thought that maybe one day has been the same, we all have been one nation, then we separated and then started to fight... or at least now are strangers..... with no real or good reason... this is a deep illusion....

A sentiment I agree with 100%. It is past time we all accepted each other as having worth both collectively and singularly. Together, just what could we achieve? Or a better question, what could we NOT achieve?
