Sandbox tools not working SKUP 2015

Hi, the sandbox tools don't seem to be working on my 2 main machines ( see att for specs ) but It is working on SKUP 14 on my laptop. Any ideas as Is a pain in the **** to have to keep saving and swaping files between machines.
PLEASE HELP.!!!!
