Strange think with scenes

hi all
With the attached file
if i click the + to add a new scene, some of the parts (groups) disappear
is this my system? i did try on a different SUthanks in advance

Your layers are all screwed up.
You have raw geometry on layers other than layer0 and you have a a different layer as the active layer.
Layer0 should be the active layer 99.9% of the time.
All raw geometry should be on layer0 and only groups and components placed on other layers.
