lets say i have 2 or more connected arcs with different segments for the same length,
these arcs create me a shape or circle, when i give it a height value, thiss how its look like :

you can see the segments differ.
now for exporting or dealing with other programs this object must be divided equally.

is there any idea or plugin , program that divide this welded curve to equal segments.

i know i can divide each arc separately, but my shape is likely 20 arcs with different length and its hard to find the value for dividing each one.
also after welding the arcs, they become either one connected curve or an edges(after exploding).

        Hi:
I thought TIG had developed one and it should be in the pluginstore. Possibly also Fredo6. It has been a long time.

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

Fredo 'Bezier Spline' tools has the ability to set the spacing

If you have a curve, generated by BezierSpline or from native Sktechup, you can convert it to a Polyline with equal segments by 2 methods which are delivered as part of BezierSpline (via the contextual menu "Convert to":

          1. Polyline Divider: you specify the interval, and the extension computes the number of segments

          2. Polyline Segmentor: you specify the number of segments, and the extensions computes the length of segments

Note that all segments will be equal, except possibly the last one (but you can adjust the last vertex anyway).

learn from the mistakes of others, you may not live long enough to make them all yourself...

              'Bezier Spline' isn't enough name?

ohh thank you for the link.

when i googled it i found Bezier Curve, that was the mistake.
                very helpful plugin 'Bezier Spline'.
                thank you.

what i was doing is using 1001bit to redivide by placing guide points, then i use connect guide point plugin.
