Newbie and first question

Hi
New to the forum and looking to gain more knowledge through the forum.
First question is, what would be the best way I can model the corner piece of this sofa, as I'm finding it very difficult to create the bend and at the same time rotate down.
Is there a plug in that can help?
Any advice is appreciated
