Fur Tool installation in Sketchup 8

I want to load fur tools fur_en.rbz in Sketchup 8.0.4811 . The problem is unlike in Sketchup 14 or 15 there is no button which says install. I click windows\preference\extension and after that theres no more button to click which says install unlike in higher versions. How can I install fur tools ?Can someone help me out.

That button was introduced with SketchUp 8M2. You can rename that rbz to zip and place the content in your plugins folder.
