Any alternative rendering solution for SimfonIA Animations?
-
Hi,
I bought the “SimfonIA Animation Tools” and since then I have been looking for an alternative rendering solution. Here are a couple of them;
LightUp:
The Good – I can use the SimfonIA’s own record video button and set the configurations there.
The Bad – LightUP to my knowledge only recognize animations using the SimfonIA key frame editor and although it can animate multiple groups of object it can’t recognize the animations input for the subgroups. This is particularly bad since one of the best things about SinfonIA is to keep layering animations by giving different key frames to an object is subgroups.
Also the camera's key frame animation works in sketchup viewport during lightUP simulation but doesn't when I export the video and another big problem for me is that I can’t get LightUp to recognize any animations made with the Transformation Processor of SinfonIA.
Twilight Render: This plugin to my knowledge only renders sketchup animations using the scenes settings and also Sketchy Physics but no SinfonIA support that I know of.
Anyone know a good solution for rendering SinfonIA animations?
thank you! -
I believe that you must ask that to the SimFonia Team itself
I know they search a render method

Hello everybody,
Indeed, many people are asking us for making SAT compatible with classic rendering tools.
Unfortunately, there is no good solution at the moment since there are strong limitations which were perfectly described by Renderiza)
So it is one of our main priorities for the next version of SAT, that's why we are currently working with LightUp and Thea Render in order to make our tools compatible. There are some difficulties but they can be solved, the only thing we need is some time. There will be information on our website as soon as our next release is available.
We will also post a message on the forum.Best,
SimFonIA Team, -
This would be of huge benefit to me right now
