Faces only partially intersecting

Hi again,
After a few adjustments the radius in the "Follow Me" path results in the correct footprint of the roof. But Intersecting only works on the large rad section and the small rad section on the LH side. Can't figure out the cause since the intersect line shows around the RH smaller rad portion, too.

I can't see what you are wanting to do, however scaling your model up by 10 will probably make it work.
SU has problems forming faces when the line segments are down around 1mm. Scale up then down again when finished. The faces can exist but they often wont be made.
Building you whole model larger, then scaling the complete model at the end can be a better option. -
