CAN´T INSTALL EXTENSION ON SU 2015

Hello everyone
Here's my problem, every time i try to install a plugin via PREFERENCES> EXTENSIONS >INSTALL EXTENSION, SU just freezes, right when i click on that button :INSTALL EXTENSION: the windows explorer pops up but never loads,it just stop working and force closes.
I'm using Windows 8.1 and SU 15.0.9350 64 bit
Any suggestions?

Is there a plugins folder in the proper location? Have you tried a fresh install with the 2015 update?
