Hey guys/girls,
I have recently just renewed our company's subscription to Formfonts after receiving an (automated) email from them saying that our membership is about to expire. This was fine, I paid and the account was opened again - but about a week or so later I received another email saying the membership is about to expire and now we can't access our account.
I have tried to get in touch via the contact via email last week but haven't heard anything back at all; not even an automated response to say they got my email.
Their blogs, etc don't appear to have been updated in a long time either; are they still trading or have we just lost our money? Does anybody have any further information that might be of use?

Don't know... I think Alan Fraser is involved there. We recently found some of their models being stolen and offered on a website. I sent him a facebook email, but haven't heard back yet.

They are still in business. I downloaded a bunch of components from there earlier today.

Thanks for the help guys, I got in to see an email from them this morning telling me that they hadn't received my email at all. Not sure where that's gone; lost in the ether of the internet somewhere.
