Jelly cupboard

Nice work, David.
Sometimes it is a pleasant change to model something with mostly straight lines.
-
Thanks, all.
Yeah, it's good to model something simple: lots of straight lines, not a lot of microscopic parts.
Best,

Thanks for posting the model! What is the upper shelf for?
-
-
can you put other things in it besides jelly?
-
Sure! Jam, marmalade, fruit preserves, fruit spreads, fruit butter, etc. Oh, and peanut butter.
-
Well . .it's not really a jelly cabinet then is it?
-
You can also put pies up there. Or single-layer cakes and cobblers. Or a layer of cookies. Or a saucer of milk for the cat who's up there to keep mice out of the cupboard.
I'll admit that the shelf a little high. If only the web site I used as a reference had more dimensions. -
OK, everyone. I can take a hint. I changed the position of all the shelves. -
I liked it where it was.

My mother used to sing a song "Must be jelly, 'cause jam don't shake like that."
