Tool for curved lines

Sorry if I posted this on wrong place... anyway, I´m looking for some toolbar for drawing curved lines. I´ve already found something on internet but can´t find any website to download that plugin (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzv_Y-C9KkE thatś the toolbar). If someone can help me to find where to download this or some familiar tool I would be thankful.

It's too bad the author of the video couldn't be bothered to the tool's correct name. Take a look at Bezier Spline. Get the Sketchucation Plugin Store plugin to automatically install it.
