Create a dynamic component

Hello to everybody and sorry for my english....
i'm an interior designer and a jointer, i write from Italy.
I'd like to know how create dynamic components not only how to assign some simple function but how to create for example, a junction that automatically create an hole on the panels or how to create a door that automatically opened when i click over that.
For create a dynamic component i need to know a particular programming language?
there is a book for know how to create dynamics components?
Sorry for the question but in Italy there is no one able to teach me how to do this operation.

Normally not! You just must have a pro version!
It's just native functions of SU called + add parameters by some dialog boxes
You will be advantaged if you know some basic maths, geometry, statistic, trigonometry for some complex parametrics results! -

Just another question, can i create parametric processing?
For example i want to create an hole in the panel but i want to introduce a numeric variable for changing the position of the hole when i want.
Is this possible?
