Assignment of CityGML layers

As soon as i finish my model, i try to give layers to each piece of it from the CityGml toolbar by Geores. When i finish it, i export it with the citygml toolbar into an xml file. When i try to import it back and i open the layer section, there is no gml layer at all, but all pieces are located at LAYER0 and nOSURFACETYPE.
Did anyone face the same problem?
