Sketchup Pro 2014 Not Responding all the time

It worked fine only two days ago. Now both Sketchup Pro 2014 and Sketchup pro 8 stopping working.
main problems:- can't save files. it hangs with "not responding" message.
- can't perform simple functions such as follow me without hanging.
- file size is very small
Recently I installed some plugins. I have removed those new plugins as well.
I have removed both versions of skethup. Re-Installed Sketchup Pro 2014. Restared my PC (windows 8).
Nothing works.All these problems make sketchup unusable!
what else could I try?
