Sketchup to Layout Issues

So here's my problem. The company I work for uses a server to make file sharing easy. We import sketchUp elevations directly to layout and use layout to create our elevation plans for submitting. Now, this only happens on my computer (it was set up by a previous employee who no longer works for the company) but when I open the files, the sketchup images come in at the wrong scale. The same files can be opened on any other computer and the drawings are fine. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks!
