After looking at your images, I would start by removing all the imported components like the chairs etc. I have said a few times imported components can be VERY heavy poly. In your theatre there are loads of imported chairs that could be slowing things down. I'm not saying that's the only problem but start there.
Have you actually tried deleting parts of your model, then PURGING it, then seeing if it's any quicker? This is the only way to see what is causing the problem.
If your project is due in a couple of days and you have an unworkable model, then keep it simple to get your point across.
A component is like a block in CAD. You can copy and past a component a hundred times and it doesn't increase file size. If you don't use components, the file size can increase dramatically. If you make a change to one component, it will affect all the same components.

hello sorry for the late reply, i have deleted as much components as i can and i also purged it, it moves fine in wireframe but once i shade it it slows down

im really worried i dont know what to do anymore.. this is so difficult, more than i though it would be

Upload model to dropbox or box.com and share a link please. See if we can help you out before your deadline.
Any "complex" model slows down when shaded. If it's unreasonably slow then you'll have to do something about it. I almost always navigate a complex model in monochrome mode.
It's because SU is a total arse and doesn't like anything "complex". How dare you model anything more than a cube?!
Upload model and I'll have a look.
