The outer part was prefabricated and the inner installation layer was added by me. Additionionally it forms the air tightness plane.

The wall is 43 cm thick, so there is no need for further insulation and it is very quite inside (if the children are not in the house).

We have a ventilation system and the walls are open to diffusion.

With solid foam like that, isn't the dewpoint pushed to the exterior anyway?
My parents built a cottage all of SIP panels roof and walls and it's functioned really well for many years in an area that does freeze (though not as much as northern Europe)

There's only rock wool and wood fiber board in it, but yes.

I thought it was foam. You need the foam tight or adhered to the outside face at least to keep the dewpoint outside the structure (AFAIK). P

I'm not an expert, but this construction is a very common one for energy saving houses. It it important that there is a good air tightness leve so that no humidity gets into the wall.
