It may be that you have not provided enough information for anyone viewing your thread in this forum to start with. There could be many reasons why you cannot run the application.
It would be helpful also, to fill out your user profile, so that those who can help will have some information to go on.It appears that you have submitted a Bugsplat report, and, perhaps someone from that group will contact you. But that report goes to Trimble for analysis.
