Anyone else having problems with street view texture grabs?

Just tried it on my pc and it did the same seems not to be working sketchup 8 pc
sketchup 2013 mac
sketchup 2014 macall seem not to be grabbing from street view, giving just a grey colour.
anyone else experiencing this?
