i just downloaded plugin which is called beziersplineand i find it useful for modelling
Q> i wanna ask if there is kinda similar to this tool but it has 2 Nodes at each point where you can control the curves more
similar to photoshop or illustrator pen tool
where it can toggle into polyline or curves ..does this plugin such exist or not

If you are talking about Fredo6's Bezier Spline it is a very complex plugin and can do many things. You may want to look at the tutorials for it. You can certainly add as many control points as you want. Even a simple double click on the orange line will add another point.
