I was wondering if there is some plugin, module or other way to select multiple entities at once, and then do a certain command on them at the same time in stead of doing it one by one.

Especially when it comes to push-pulling or offsetting faces, it would be a major time saver.

      Thanks in advance 😉

Double click on a face then hold shift and click on the face. Or to be sure to get a deselect hold shift + ctrl (work well for offset)

That just results in a selection of the face's edges right?
I meant doing an offset or push-pull, at the same time, while multiple (non-touching or adjacent) faces are selected.

Whenever I select multiple faces, and then press the offset or push-pull button, my selection is lost.

There are various tools to do what you want depending on the exact result you are after.
A few that spring to mind are

Fredo's Joint Push Pull, which can manipulate many entities at the same time.

            SDMitch Multiple offset

            Tig's Smart offset

Or you can use components to "copy" your editing...

              like in this example screencast...
