Sketchup Import Terrain Error

I'm trying to Import Terrain from Google Earth using the <<Add Location>> tool. The map loads fine but when I select <<Select Region>> - <<Grab>> I get an Error saying: "Cannot access elevation data (error 5).
Google Maps API request failed with response code 500
Continue with imagery only?I where able to grab the map with the elevation data once, but have failed sinse? I have tryed both SketchUp ver. 8 and ver. 13 with the same result. Also reinstalled several times witout any luck?
