Style Builder template trouble

I generated and printed a template for lines from Style Builder. When I try to import the scanned, generated template file, I get an error message saying "The template failed to load. (Did you alter the UPC code in the template image?). I didn't alter anything. What's up?

The scanned image isn't the same size as the originally exported template image. Resize it so it is and it'll work fine.
