Type of Render

Is this some type of clay render? I have drawn something similar and would like to render it to see what it looks like. Nothing fancy, just a one button render, lol. Is that possible with one of the free renderers? I say free because I like the native Sketchup look the most and won't be rendering much - if at all. Thank You.

TwiLight or Podium give the best one click with easy setup of materials.
LightUp is also a good solution.
