This house has a floor plan in the shape of an x with two wings dedicated to sleeping quarters and two to living and entertaining and storage.
I wanted the design to be current but have a sixties California vive.

I also love the sketchy style. Is that a preset style or is it custom? And where did you get the trees? Those are perfect for the style.

Thank you, the style is just basic Sketchup and I got the trees from the 3D warehouse but they were round so I altered the color shape and transparency.
