Help for making this model

I made this model accroding to a tutorial in a website couple of years ago.Unfortunately,I forgot how to make it and which plugin used for making it.
There are lot of plugin and tools like extruder for such ramway, but they are dfferent frm what I am looking for. Following please find some features of the plugin I am looking for:

1. it is done by only one plugin and one click, after you set up the beginning surface, target surface and rails
2. you can easily imput segment, which is the only parameter needed in the plugin

Please kindly help to find out which plugin used for making it
