I am new to layout, so I am probably missing something.

But using the same setting for regular and dashed lines, I get huge dashed lines when trying to print.

      Thanks for any input.

What are the settings for your dashed lines?

          Hey Dave,

          Thanks for the quick reply.

I have the same settings for the continuous line at the top

The image shows a print preview screen dump, but does the actual print also look like that...?

Personally I never use the print preview option...
I just did, using the same setting you've posted and I get the exact same print preview, however, if I print it on a paper or to a pdf-file, it looks correct...
So this must relate to a bug in the print preview part...

            Another comment...
You've set your stroke to 0.01 pts... 😲 Why...?
Try with a standard 0.10 pts... Should definitely be enough... 😉

            Cheers

Thanks much! Printed fine. Yes, it must be a preview bug, I will submit it.

On the 0.01 setting, I was trying to get the stroke size down, obviously no need, all is good.

Thanks again to both of you for your time.

We've had this bug in our tracking system for some time... we've tried some things to fix it but without success (so far). Please do let us know if you find that the actual print appears with the fat lines as well.

                thanks,
                Marc

Thickness is not important. The same situation with any thickness.
