[plugin idea] golden ratio cline

The plugin makes parallel construction lines like the tape measure tool, but inserts 2 additional lines at golden ratio distances (0.382distance and 0.618distance):
I suspect that there are only a few ruby lines needed (?)

you could use this plugin: http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/rld/plugin_details.php?id=727 and then add construction lines on the points, or use lines then use the line 2 xline plugin to change it to xline (http://www.smustard.com/script/Xline) (http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=44311)
