How hard can it be?

How hard is it to create a plugin of something like this for SU?
I'm not talking about the whole thing, but the dimensions, positions & angle.
Would it be really hard?
Is there something i can do to help? (I am a Graphic designer)Thank you!

Are you talking about textures? There are plugins to modify them... (e.g. SketchUV, Thrupaint, ...)
