Triple click not working

Triple click stopped working... any fixes...? We're on a network in a school, ...when one user logs on, it works fine, then another logs on and triple click doesn't work...Weird!
Any help is appreciated!!! -

For me the problem is the other way around, it works too well... Sometimes I need to select a whole range of faces and their sides but not all, so I need to select them one by one by double clicking. When I go too fast, SU thinks I triple click and selects everything, so I have to start again...

I know this is old, but i have a computer where i have to quadruple click or quintuple-click. And then when i right click the box goes away for me to group most of the time. Any ideas what would be causing this? I don't think it is sketchup that is the culprit, but my machine. Its a good fast machine too.

It happens when the numbers of the faces are over than around 1.8 million.

I haven't reached a limit with the 2017 version - new graphics software. I have one drawing with over 5 million faces.
