I'm sorry if I miss something, but is there a way to set the own fog setting for each scene?

Yes. Window>Fog>Check Display Fog use sliders to adjust. Rightclick on Scene Tab>Update. Rightclick On Scene Tab again, Add Scene and set fog parameters, Update scene....
