ToolBars and the plugin association

OK, we have the Store and a means to disable plugins and extension, which means the plugin do not load. However, I just installed a plugin that has three ToolBars, of which I only want one ToolBar or plugin to function. However, there is no name or association between the other two ToolBars and the actual plugin names. So how I have two ToolBars that I can turn off their display, but are still running.
It would be nice if there was someway to tie/associate the ToolBar to the plugins such that it would be easy to disable the ToolBars and plugins.
Just my bitching for today.

Going to remove all three of the ToolBars. Not that functional anyway.
