Paint bucket turned into permanent eye drop!

It happened when i loaded up the Thea skms and selected one with the paint bucket tool. It turned to a eye dropper tool and has been that way even after erasing the Thea materials, and running a repair on SU.
If i can't use the paint bucket tool i can't really use SU.
UPDATE: a restart fixed the problem
