Why follow me doesn't work in this case?

I am trying to make a follow me path, which doesn't work. Here is the screenshot before and after:
The follow me result is not continuous. Is there something wrong with the path, or is it impossible, or maybe a trick would help?

you have some discrepancy in the curve segments. you go from large to smaller a bit fast and at a small scale. you would think you need the detail but as I show you really don't.
either stick with more uniform curve segments or scale up your model while you detail it and then scale it back down.

Thanks! Rescaling helped. I didn't realize that working in small scale could be a problem - this solves also another problem I had (couldn't draw an arc because the scale, as in real life, was too small).
