Face to Framing Plugin?
-
Yes I've used that tool for some things... But it won't frame out the house. it would be easier just to edit his draw wall tool results.
-
Any word on this Kris? Housebuilder is so close. With Hip roofs it would be even better. I think someone added some code not long ago that centers the doors properly too.
-
Nothing yet.

Exciting things are happening... more to come. stay tuned.

Are you excited? Because you should be... I have in my possession what your hearts desire.

Sneak Peak...

Oh and before anyone starts going on about the corner it's just one I chose at random from the 8 or so exterior corners you have to choose from. Yeah... That's right... It does corners.

Ok, you've got my attention! When can we get it?!?
-
Looking good. Many questions, but I'll wait and see. Thanks for your efforts!
-
Well, I deserve no thanks what-so-ever because I have done nothing. I'm not the one making it... I don't know when it will be ready for public but I think it will be very soon. I've been testing it and it works great. It's going to be a must have for the architecture tool box.

Commercial plugin ?
-
I don't know if he will charge or not... I know he's made tons of great plugins and I don't know that he's ever charged. Although I would definitely buy this one.
-
Cool. Meow ?
-

When? -
He's still working on it... Corner Bracing and Lumber Counts added today.
-
It's coming... Like Now.
-
That's right... Estimation too.

-
Cool. but the corner brace is not let in. Does anyone use those still?
-
Yes I told him about the brace being on the outside instead of inset... He's fixing it. And yes over here we still use them. however we also use metal straps often too.

I probably have tunnel vision, living in earthquake country. Everything ends up getting sheathed.
