      My IE can't open and unfortunately when I'm trying to open my sketchup it automatically attempt to connect in my IE. Can I open my sketchup in Firefox browser?

        what exactly do you mean? When you open sketchup, it shouldn't need to open a browser window. If for some reason you need it to open a browser window and it has to be firefox, make sure you have firefox set as your standard browser in windows.

          If a window opens when starting SketchUp, then there is something wrong. Probably one of your plugins tries to open a dialog without request (did you install a plugin today?).

          Apart from that, you mentioned that Internet Explorer can't open. If that is the case, you should fix it / reinstall it. The rendering engine of IE (as a technology/programmers thing) is a part of Windows that many softwares can rely on being available (including SketchUp + plugins). You don't need to use it as default browser.

            It may also be a misconfigured file association. Richt click on a skp file thumbnail, select Properties and there under the general tab, there is an "Opens with..." line. If not SketchUp is set there, change it to SketchUp.
