Best way to do schedules

I need to provide door and window schedules and wanted to get some input on how best to do that.

Step # 1: You create your door and window table in Word and make and Excel's sheet, Work in this sheet.
Step # 2: save format. RTF
Step # 3: import the table into LOvoila ¡¡
(You can edit the data in the shedule)
