URGENT- Error Message

HELP! Whenever I try to play simulation and click the 'play' button in the SketchyPhysics toolbar it comes up with a error message! What can I do to fix it and run simulations?
This is what is says(sorry,I can't show a screenshot)
Error starting simulation::unitialized constant MSketchyPhysics3::SP3xSimulationContext::SPSounds C:/Program Files/Google Sketchup 8/Plugins/SketchyPhysics3/ControllerCommands.rb:777:in 'initilize'
What can I do??
