Render[in] texture issue/question

Had this error message come up. The only texture images missing are my flooring in the render... how can I fix this? How is access affected when this texture is with all the others? Thank you**[highlight=#ffffff:2tt59j68][color=#000000:2tt59j68]][/color[/highlight:2tt59j68]**
