Transfer Scenes from FIle to File

Hi everyone. Is it possible to transfer scenes from file to file? Is there any plugin which can achieve that? I know I can create camera, copy it over to another scene and recreate the original scene there. Just would like to have a quicker way to get this done. Thanks

Not sure if this is an appropriate option for what you want to achieve but you could save the file with the scene(s) you want without any model as a "template" and then import the model.
