I don't have a lot of Spanish but the screenshots don't show SketchUp, and the whole site is pretty scarce on information for a software company.
OK, as for mention of SU I did find this under FAQ:
"Can you connect with any 3D program for prospects?"
PLUS DIBAC connects directly with the program Google SketchUp for 3D. For other programs use the option in DXF or DWG files."
There's no indication of drawing walls as shown, directly inside SU. Maybe this is in beta. I noticed the video has about a 1K views and one unanswered comment 3 mos. ago (roughtly) "DE DONDE can I get this plugin?"
There's also The AurumCAD YouTube page. http://www.youtube.com/user/AURUMCAD?feature=watch where they seem to have been posting these SU videos for 6 mos.

I downloaded and tried Dibac cad and its simple and very good practical tool for 2d architectural drafting and making automatic bill of materials. As I see they are moving to SketchUp adding 3d to this concept. The plugin is beta phase. It is all in Spanish, but who reads commands
