Solving invisible selection window GMA 3150

I noticed that due to OPenGL limitations of the intel graphics adapter like GMA 3150 the selection window in sketchup 8 is not visible.
Many notebooks have such graphics adapter and although Sketchup is not designed to run on such system, i read many comments about hardware limitation of the 3150 (it does not support Open GL 1.5 only 1.4)However , it has little to do with this, it is just a memory limitatation.
A simple solution: turn down your windows screen colour settings from 32 bit to 16 bit and that's it.
So you had use hardware acceleration with sketchup, just reduce the colour bit setting in windows
