XL parameters and dynamic components

I'm new to Ruby plugins. Did anybody see a script linking a list of parameters in XL with the options of a dynamic component in SketchUp?

You will need to use the
WIN32OLEclass.[Plugin Library] Win32API and Win32OLE so files
