List groups and cmps with file size and polygons

Hey!
I am not really newbie in su and sketchucation, but thats my first post, so...
I search for sth that can do the following:
show me a list of all groups and components in my skp-file with size in mb, etc.
I want to see which components are slowing down and making my model big.
any chance, that this is possible?
