    Hello,

I'm new user of google sketchup.
I don't understand why, but each time i try to print face, left (...) view (just of house) with HLR option and scale 1:200, sketchup crashes.
I think, the reason is my way to use this software 😄
I join the file, could you help me please ?

    Regards,
    Sébastien

Hm. I also get a bugsplat with this file. I have sent one in mentioning this topic. Hopefully a developer drops by.

I can send it to LayOut with no problems however. Is this the side you wanted t print? (this is the "Left" view as you said). It fits nicely at 1:50 onto an A4 paper.

        Hello,

Yes it's exactly what I need.
Also, I need front view, right view (...). But my model is not finish...

If I understand you were able to print using sketchup Pro layout.
I would have liked not having to buy the Pro version just for printing, knowing that the basic version should be able to do so.

I do not understand what can make this crash.

Thank you very much for your help.

Well, normally it should not crash of course. Although SketchUp's printing capabilities and options are not as advanced at those of LayOut, you should still do this basic printing. Maybe try to copy everything in the model and insert it into a completely now file. There may be something in this file that crashes SU.

Eventually, when you are done with the whole model, you can install the trial version of SU Pro and use LayOut to nicely annotate, dimension and finally print your model.

I was trying trial version and Layout seems to be very useful... 😄
            Thanks for your help.
