Too many materials = crash?

Hi guys

I'm not sure whats causing it but I am trying to load a number of photo textures (31 in total) each around 50 kb each so quite small, there are already a number of textures that are in my model, I removed the larger ones that were not being used but the sketchup keeps crashing after I add say 10 of 30 files im trying to add, whats causing this? the file is not particularly big but I do also have vray installed as well.

bonjour.......une chose a savoir c est que vray bouffe énormément de mémoire et SU fonctionne encor en 32 bit il n est pas optimisé et en plus de cela les programmeurs ne se sont pas vraiment fatigué pour fiabiliser la gestion de la mémoire de SU
Donc il faut limiter au maximum toutes sorte de textures de photos etc.....ou bien réinstaller tout bien proprement
