Is it a clean import without triangulation lines and does it maintain smooth surfaces?
I don't have Autocad but it could be useful for other consultants.

Pass, AutoCAD 2013 hasn't been released in Europe yet.
I presume it'll be triangulated (although they may be hidden depending upon the visual style applied in AutoCAD).
SKUP "solids" may be converted into real solids in AutoCAD, but I'm guessing.
