Hi All - I have just registered today and new to forums so look forward to learning something new. I have been using SketchUp for just over a year and am hooked! Last week changed from a windows PC to an iMac and have a quick question - when I was running SketchUp on windows PC I was able to "pick" colours from pdf/jpegs opened on my second screen and paint objects in SketchUp with this tool, the Paint/materials toolbox is slight different on Mac and doesn't appear to have this function - I found this feature extremely helpful when painting walls & fabrics to the specified colours - can anyone help Please? John

I just change to Mac and had the sane problem, to pick a color use the magnifying glass just below to the color wheel icon (this is the first icon on the left of the 4 in the color window upper part)
